and for the seller, the idea of a merger usually translates to a) retirement, b) failure. Do you think ASND is willing to admit failure yet? These guys are too young to retire... I think they are smart enough to realize they must be one of the bigs to survive, long term. This doesn't equate to failure, and depending on who acquires them, maybe or maybe not retirement. Gary
