To all: From Aquasol
I have been following the SI thread on Napier since before the news release announced the pending merger between Napier and Aquasol, and to say the least it has been interesting.
A little background for you first. My name is Owen Hoffman, I am a consultant on contract to Aquasol International Inc.
First: I would like to respond to a number of posts on this thread that, until now, I considered part of a healthy dialogue when individual investors get together to discuss companies. The problems and blessings with the discussion groups that have proliferated as a result of the web provide that we can collectively contribute information for the betterment of us all. For the most part we do not know the individual posting information and as such must review each post with some scepticism. When the information provided is unknowingly wrong, or possibly purposefully designed to meet an undisclosed agenda, or at worst was an unwarranted malicious attack, we can only speculate at best as to why. Regardless, whenever possible we should correct any erroneous statements, not withstanding the intention, and we should all do so without malice or personal attack. A hunch based on "gut feel" should be identified as such and should be posed as a request for information to substantiate or discredit your feelings. Enough of my diatribe, now the facts.
Aquasol International Inc. is a private Alberta registered corporation. For those unaware, you can run a search on any private corporation. Run a search on the company - Aquasol International Inc. (cost is about $15.00).

The corporation decided to enter the public market on the ASE. Aquasol acquired the rights to an ASE registered shell corporation, and changed the name to Aquasol International Group Inc. The information that many of you have been looking at is in fact this entity. For more information look at:

The corporation underwent a major reorganisation subsequent to the name change of the shell. The corporation decided not use the shell and move forward towards the public market via IPO. The corporation has continued to move forward and was only weeks away from filing a preliminary prospectus with the ASE when we reached an agreement in principal with Napier to merge the two corporations. This has halted our application prior to submission to the ASE.
Aquasol International Inc. has signed a private label agreement by which ICI Devoe Coatings takes delivery of the Aquasol solution under the private-label name of "Hydrosol 700", and with best efforts will introduce and market the product Hydrosol 700 through the ICI Devoe Coatings Group of Companies world-wide. ICI is marketing Hydrosol 700 as an agent to clean new and previously coated surfaces prior to application of paint or industrial coatings. If you wish to have a face to face with Aquasol, ICI and or Napier representatives please drop by ICI's booth at the National Petroleum Show in Calgary starting this Tuesday to Thursday, June 9, 10 & 11th. Representatives of all three companies will be happy to answer any question you may have. Dale Storey, the President of Aquasol will be present for most of the show. I hope this dispels any question to the validity of the relationship between Aquasol and ICI.
