Good question. I haven't been able to get through to their site either. I did e-mail the tech support on Thursday though to ask about any new updates. I received a response in about 6 hours, so I guess they are still at it. I haven't used NS much lately. I find it takes too long to train, although I have managed to get some good signals out of it.
