Source Media's patents are worthless and not applicable for the direction the Industry is headed. The technology they use is an antiquated 10 year old store and forward E mail solution they bought in a glorified garage sale from some canadian company. The company has been named as a defendant in number of law suits over the past few years.one lawsuit was for stock manipulation. No cable company that has spent 100 s of millions of dollars for digital upgrades is going to bank on SRCM and there negative book value when they can use Oracle's NC or Microsoft's solution.
