Maybe if the last people to order their certs did so in small increments...say 500-1000 shares...some would get through? My 300 shares came through rather quickly but it wasn't enough to cause a stir or drain on the balance of shares left. Just a though. Sometimes pennies add up faster than quarters if there aren't enough quarters. Some have said they've had difficulty obtaining certs, some say its been a breeze. I believe some may have returned there certs. We recheck the list to verify and we keep coming up with 5-9K shares short of the float. Hang in there! Pugs
