Preston my friend. Thanks for passing on the info from Tom. It will be interesting to see the Dow challenge new highs because we may see a classic example of a rally failure. The Dow touching new highs on low volume with losers out numbering winners on the big board. If that is the case, I will be buying more BEARX for further hedging. We are all waiting for the oils to rebound but it may be a while before the sector chart turns up. Last week Value Line downgraded TX and CHV to Timeliness 5 and this week they down graded XON to Timeliness 5. RD, MOB & AN are already rated 5 for Timeliness. Later Duke
