I checked the most recent S3 filing, and there it stated that there are 21 MM shares outstanding and if conversion occurred at the then prevailing prices there would be about 28 MM shares. They were also in the process of raising another $8 MM, which could bring the number of "effective" shares to 30 MM or so. There was no indication that any of the convert converted. As a matter of fact, there was a discussion of an arrangement with BE/A(?) that they do not convert but get paid back at the rate of $100,000 (per month?). That was not particularly clear to me.

Foorless always give me the neelies.

The problem with floorless, is that their owners have in essence a license to print money by manipulating the stock price (rise on news like last week) into which they can easily short with impunity (no risk of runaway since they have the underlying security), which cases the price to decline back, allowing them to cover, and short again on the next news release. In some cases these "exercises have caused catastrophic declines in the stock price. The catastrophes occur in companies starved for cash.

I could not find any data on the capital expenditure required on IELSF part to equip the planes nor on the partition of the profits from gaming between the airline and IELSF. Anyone has seen these data?

Right now, I am going to assume that this is the game played with this stock and thus buy when the floorless cover and sell when they lay out their next shorts.
