Davenport & Co. have an office (base?) in Charlottesville,Va. so not surprising they are well aware of Nimbus.
Local Charlottesville paper article features introductin of Divx in Richmond. States "If sales are successful, Divx will mean big business for Nimbus which recently signed a five-year agreement to produce millions of the disposable video discs."
