The new economy and Asia?

Summer is the time to travel; and Asia is the place to stretch your travel budget. Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, HongKong, Shanghai, Beijing, and many other spots are all inexpensive this year. Some due to currency exchange rates; some due to economy depressing the hotel and food expenses. Our airlines are viewing this as a problem because of fewer travellers from Asia. The airlines should look at it as a bonanza for Americans going there and coming back in a round trip. A few affordable fares and airlines will do record business again this year.

Where are the teachers who has a life long ambition to travel in Asia? This is the right time and the right place, an opportunity. In this new economy, we have the money and will travel.
