WE also know you posted that Raabe was selling 2.5MM shares, yet you never informed us at what price? It seems logical to me to assume if you knew how many shares he was selling, you would also know the price he was selling at. You appear very selective in the (mis)information you share on this thread. To inform us of that price would've be a detriment to 'your' interest here (IMO). You also never informed this thread about the contingencies on selling those shares, ...SEC filing requiring 90 days, 'can only sell in 10% increments and only on upticks. I think your DD should focus on the price Raabe is selling at, not that Raabe is selling 2.5MM shares. By posting the price he is selling at, and the conditions under which he can do so, gives a full and accurate picture. Though, that may be a detriment to your purpose posting here. Pugs
