J. Nelson, I believe that there are about 8.2 million shares and the float is approx. 3.5 million. Rumour is that there will be more news coming next week. They can't put it out in a news release, but I know from my involvement with their JV partner, NPEC, that the original report that was written on this property by a geologist by the name of Pec (?) Santos projected reserves of over 200,000,000 tonnes, and that is only 1/4 of the suspected ore body. I believe that we will see some more news coming as early as next week that will fill in the story on this property and the company also. Good Investing, Merle
