Zeev: to my knowledge most of the stock has been converted. I have been told that by people at IEL. In fact Mike Irwin, an officer of IEL a few months ago bot 67,000 shares at 3 1/4. I was led to believe that block was part of the placement. Most of the other stock IMO has been sucked up by the market in recent weeks. There may still be some around but with what I expect happening over the next few weeks and months I do not feel there is any problem to be concerned about
