j g .....remember, remember, remember: every new account entered into by the Services is a huge new potential for hardware as well. They are providing the TOTAL solution, one-stop shop for the customer. This doesn't guarantee that lots of new h/w will also be purchased, but it does provide some significant leverage, as well as solve the customers problems/answer their needs in a very solid and timely way. This nearly directly affects the bottom line for many of the internal h/w groups (PC/Server/Storage/Microelectronics) as well as s/w.

Services has become a catalyst for all of this in the company. It's no wonder why there is some much effort and growth there....

Any thoughts on these effects ??
