Dear Andrew,
Thank you for your continued interest. Our Nasdaq analyst has informed us that we will begin trading on the National Market System Monday morning November 25, 1996. Although this is a tremendous milestone for ACRT, our work and effort to secure recognition lies ahead of us. Now, when we make significant press releases, the NMS listing will help generate interest from those whose standard is marginable stocks. Also, the ability to easily track those stocks listed on the NMS is of worldwide importance. I view ACRT as a long term hold. John Chew, Analyst from Taglich Brothers, D'Amadeo, Wagner & Co. has a new Research Update out on us, dated November 21, 1996. If you would like to receive a copy of it or speak to him, I am sure he would be happy to be of service. He can be emailed using JC-Finworld@Worldnet.att.net. His Phone number at the office is 212-509-5590. What is significant about his firm Taglich Brothers, D'Amadeo, Wagner & Co., they specialize in doing very retailed research. They serve many in the investment community as sort of an extension to some other firms own in-house research or for those that do not have a research department due to cost cutting & etc.
