Regarding recent insider sales....they were a result of a dissolution of venture capital partnerships. Shares were distributed to LPs "in kind" and were subsequently sold. I bought the 75,000 from them. They were sold through Paine Webber who uses NITE as their market maker in PTUS. Paine Webber has 20,000 for sale at 4 1/2 which finishes out any sales from these people. These people don't even know what Peritus' main line of business is.
