Dear Doug: Why would you say a cash buyout is the only solution? Who would buy them if things are as bad as you seem to feel? What would they pay?? I think we are just being influenced by a double whammy of Southeast Asia (particularly Japan) problems and SemiConductor problems. It will pass, but it will take some time. JDN
