Fri 5 Jun 98 News Release
Mr. Buzz McClung reports
Telular Canada has commenced volume production shipments of its
featherweight hand-held data collection device to Intermec Technologies
under its previously announced agreement.
In February of this year the companies announced an alliance which combines
Granite's robust featherweight product design with Intermec's world class
manufacturing, distribution and technical support network. Under the
agreement, the Granite featherweight terminal is exclusively offered by
Intermec through its worldwide sales network under the new name TRAKKER
T2090. Deliveries of the product follows completion of qualification
testing, and will serve to satisfy a backlog of orders that Intermec has
received for the TRAKKER T2090.
Intermec is a global leader in the development, manufacture and integration
of automated data collection and mobile computing systems. The company's
products and services are used by customers in multiple industries to
improve productivity, quality and responsiveness of business operations,
from supply chain management and enterprise resource planning to field
sales and service. The companies formerly known as Intermec, Norand and UBI
were consolidated as Intermec Technologies Corp. in the spring of 1997.

Sounds encouraging. Let's hope that the market sees the value in starting volume production shipments of this device. NOW this puppy has to be undervalued!!! Those that bought at $1.00 in late May must have known something!
