Dear Doug: dont think that is going to happen. I think management deserves a bit more credit than you allow them. They have moved the company into several new areas for lasers most significant to me being eximer lasers but many others also. It is not their fault that market collapsed in nearly all their geographic and/or product areas. I agree they are a bit conservative but right now that is probably good. As to the stock price, have you seen CYMI lately? I own them both and am battered in both. JDN
