I stand corrected! the stock I was refering to was part of a private placement. I spoke with the Co. a few minutes ago regading the BE Aero pref stock and the answer I got was...(not verbatim)..we have a good relationship with BE Aero and feel we will redeem or otherwise eliminate the possible harmful effects of the "toxic" nature of the shares
