FROM ZD Net: 3Com Corp. (COMS) The networking stock was actually trading at 24 on Wednesday before rallying up at week's end to close at 27 3/16. Still, analysts said this stock is extremely cheap right now and expect it to surge in the next few weeks. With takeover speculation surrounding competitor Bay Networks Inc. (BAY), it would figure that value investors would snap up 3Com shares in high volume.
