NTN- some more info:

"Gerald Sokol Jr., president and CEO of NTN, said: "The sale of LearnStar to NewStar is a very positive
event for NTN shareholders. NTN will receive nearly $1.9 million of cash and a 17.5 percent retained interest
in a re-capitalized business. "

IWN is the internet gaming subsidiary, recently for sale to Omnigon, but sale was cancelled. IWN is turning
things around, and is carrying its own weight. It is no longer a financial burden on NTN.

IWN system in New Zealand is running smoothly. As previously reported, has been taking live live wagers
for horses and sports betting since November. They are continue to add new users. They expect the marketing
effort to be launched sometime in the 2Q in conjunction with NZ TAB marketing team.

BUSINESS WIRE)--April 24, 1998--NTN Communications, Inc. (AMEX:NTN - news) has retained the
services of a leading ad sales company, Beverage Industry Marketing Services (BIMS), to capitalize on the
revenue potential of the nearly 100 million impressions made each month through the NTN Network, the
company's hospitality division.

BIMS has brought in $600,000 in ad revenues in the first 6 weeks...

This company is getting it together in a big way.. I believe in management ... Sokol seems to be doing all the
right things.
