Interesting point! And since most Novell employees who have stock options have them at $15 and above there will not be, as someone here once said, "enough compensation for for the pain suffered in being a shareholder [/employee] of this company." The bonuses that are going to be required from the new owners to keep the key technical people around are going to be significant. Otherwise, there is only a shell left. By the way, there is no mass exodus of Novell employees as might have been implied by some of the rumors. They are not stupid. You wait for the severence package before you bail! :-)
