Synthonics Summary.
A. Anyone new to Synthonics should review these previous posts:
40, 44, 49, 56, 58, and 66.
B. Synthonics has developed the ability to easily capture objects into a 3-D image that can then be examined and manipulated. Unlike most current 3-D which renders imaginary objects, these are the real objects complete with precise measurements. Synthonics is located in the new-Silicon Valley of Utah.
C. There is a filing with the SEC from 4/28/98 and it is available on FreeEdgar. Approval by the SEC could be completed by the end of June. This document is critical to acceptance by the investment community and for future funding, which is badly needed.

It is quite long, but well worth reading. It is a complete history of the company, it's technology, and it's prospects.
D. From what I can make out of it, there is somewhere between 14 and 17 million shares issued. The float could be as low as 2 million shares, and much of that is held by insiders. There are many sets of numbers in the SEC filing so I will be happy if anyone corrects me. E. Most hopeful short term prospects are: 1. Getting a press release from the Smithsonian.
2. Getting the co-developed CD released from the Smithsonian in the July/August timeframe.
3. Getting a contract from the museum show in May.
4. Getting a contract/recognition from nvidia's connections in the 3-D gaming market.
5. Getting news/contract from the medical technology use of RVR.
Please feel free to comment on others I have missed. There are many potential uses of the technology and long-term they may all come to pass.
