Mel, The latest. Smart credit cards for travel, etc. Card is stuck into slot on laptop or desktop and reservations are downloaded into the card. Card is then put into reservations slot or gate pass slot at airport and presto, serves as a ticket. Proposed to revolutionize travel in near future as can be used for planes, auto rentals or hotel reservations. Money or credit transmitted through data medium.
