I think they will be polled to fill some jobs, but I don't think ALL jobs will be filled that way. Some of the more key posts will probably go to Dynatec's "tried and true" folks for sure. Only time will tell how this all plays out, I would think.

I was going to call SP and pick his brain a bit today, but decided to wait a week or so, as I've picked it a lot in the past and I don't want to "wear out" that channel.
