APCO Honored as One of The Top Public Companies in Georgia

ATLANTA, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Automobile Protection Corporation (Nasdaq: APCO - news) today
announced that the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Georgia's largest circulation newspaper, recently released its annual
survey of the State's best performing public companies. The newspaper listed Automobile Protection Corporation #13
out of the top 100 Companies in Georgia. The publication based its rankings on four key categories: return on equity,
revenue increase over the previous year, change in profit margin and return on investment.

As reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Company earned its ranking by showing a 39.77% increase in
year-over-year revenues, an 85.32% increase in profit margin, an 18.63% return on equity and a 56.2% return on
investment.
