If I am not mistaken, Mary Meeker is the one that collaborated on the popular Morgan Stanely publication, "The Internet Report". It is unfortunate that she is not paying close attention. THe upgrade path to NT is not that steep, and the Office 97 upgrade is free to holders of the previous packages. MSFT priced their new internet offerings very carefully, so as to provide "an offer that's hard to refuse", at least when compared to the competition.
