PRNewswire was flooded this morning with 15 separate announcements of a new pramlintide clinical trial. Kind of surprising and, IMO, distasteful from a hype perspective (this is not how trial sites typically advertise for patient volunteers). Anyway, this may be the reason for today's pop.

Regarding a new partnership, I don't expect a new deal until after results from the Euro trial are known.
