My first impression, about the bell service is that it is not an independent software, from what i read you need to have Netscape or Explorer(too bad) open. What if you are using an FTP software a NEWSGROUP software chatting on IRC listening to radio on REALAUDIO or simply looking at realtime quote on PCQUOTE or MyTrack ??
