You are correct in what you are asking for. I am not one to defend GPGI where it has been inefficient. But the explanation of the failure to provide input-output numbers all along was the chaotic manner in which the mill was being run. Constant changes, and modifications of procedure were the order of the day and record keeping was abysmal to non existent. It was pretty non-professional. This has now been corrected with the arrival of Mr. Skinner.

I have a hunch that you will have the answers you are looking for before much longer. The input-output numbers are critical and costs are secondary though we need to have them sooner or later. I personally expect that the margin between costs and value produced will be very large.
