Margaret,

More health:

The Fast Food Finder, provided by the office of the Minnesota Attorney General and Olen Publishing, is an interactive guide to the nutritional value (or lack thereof) of meals at various fast food restaurants. Based on the book Fast Food Facts by the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, this site is essentially a speedy search engine that will scour a database of foods from Arby's to White Castle and tell you the fat, salt, and calorie content of your next (or last, if you make the mistake of using this site AFTER lunch) fast food meal.

You can select an individual restaurant or search all the restaurants and then specify any or all of your choice of food names, maximum calories, percent calories from fat, and maximum sodium, fat, and cholesterol. Then "fire up the deep fryer" to be presented with a list of products and their impact on your health. Alternatively, you can "fire up the deep fryer" without entering any search terms to view a list of all the products in the database.
