GJC: I guess we will soon know what the financial situation is. I don't know if the 'missing shares' you mentioned had something to do with Terry Phipps, but, based on the corporate filings, the issue with Phipps was settled when CVIA's 100% ownership in T.L. Phipps & Co was reduced to 25% ownership. Milk
