CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June, 8, 1998-- NTN
Communications, Inc., (AMEX:NTN - news) today announced an
expanded two-year business agreement with AOL Interactive Services,
the Internet online services division of America Online, Inc., (NYSE:AOL

interactive sports and entertainment related trivia and games on online
and Internet services. NTN's content can be found throughout AOL in the

AOL has more than 12 million members worldwide. NTN has been the
recipient of four consecutive America Online Members' Choice Awards,
which honor 50 of the most popular programming sites on AOL for
excellence and originality.

''An exclusive agreement with America Online is the logical result of our
successful three-year relationship,'' said Dan Purner, vice president of
business development for NTN Communications. ''AOL is far and above
number one in terms of members, as well as the extent and quality of
content they offer. We believe NTN's unique interactive entertainment
belongs side by side with the best.''

''NTN has been one of our most popular areas for interactive content,
featuring games that have generated a loyal following among AOL
members,'' said Rob Jennings, vice president of programming for
America Online. ''NTN is a valuable player in our continuing
commitment to deliver quality entertainment.''

In addition to its own branded products, NTN produces interactive
content for 17 AOL content partners, including ABC Online, MTV
Networks, Hecklers Online, Nickelodeon and The New York Times. This
agreement with AOL will also enable NTN to promote the NTN Network,
which offers consumers at hospitality venues such as bars, restaurants
and hotels the opportunity to compete with each other, via satellite, in live
trivia and sports-related game shows.

NTN Communications, Inc., (AMEX:NTN - news) is a leading producer
and programmer of interactive television, online and Internet
