I just talked to John Spriggs and he is in Dallas busy closing up the Dallas office and meeting with the auditors and so forth. Dotting all the eyes and crossing all the tees. He is very excited and in very good spirits just busy as a one arm paper hanger. He told me his is also working on closing a major deal and to keep my fingers crossed. John is suppose to be back in Houston tomorrow he hopes. LOL ... seems like I pester the crap out of them but hey that is my nature and they know that. John told me he was wearing so many hats right now and his time is limited. They are moving all operations to Houston because that is where the plants are going to be built near there and to operate. Plus Houston is where all the corporate offices and major refineries are. Just makes sense also not to pay all that overhead when every is in Houston also. John is just cleaning up loose ends and moving right along. GB
