Carol, If that were to happen, I think it would be very positive for the current planters. I think the agricultural expert is knowledgeable and wise. I never thought I would see the current soils levels this low again for 1001. But I do think that the soil is much fuller and richer now than 6 months ago. Actually, I think a piece of the farm is likely a better buy now than even at the same level 6 months ago. There have been numerous weeds growing, but much plant growth along with the weeds. Now the farmer needs to pull the weeds and harvest the crop. Cheryl
