Hello All, I just got off the phone with Brian of AGTI and
thought I would report our conversation.

1) I asked him about a trial on the 28th of November. Brian saysits a trivial thing. A company is trying to get AGTI to paya bill that AGTI has already paid and has a receipt for it. Brian was surprised we heard about this.

2) We spoke about market manipulation of the stock.I personally sent a complaint to the SEC Tuesday of this week. Brian has also complained to the SEC. He seems to think if we all complain to the SEC when we notice manipulation, it will help. However, Brian believes higher volume will put an end to the manipulation, and he says we should be seeing that in the near future.

3) Is there going to be a corporate update soon? Yes, in the next couple of weeks we should see a corporate update.

4) How many shares are currently outstanding? 36 million total. it's about 22 million with 14 million Reg. S.

5) When will financial data be out? There's a quarterly due out the end of November and the Annual is due out January. Since they do not currently report their financial data to the SEC, we will not see this quarterly report posted. Brian asked that I give him a call at the end of the month and he will give me the rundown on the quarterly report.

Brian seems very optimistic about the company and sounds as if there is good news in the near future.

Happy Investing,
Duane.
