Dear MM,

I am posting this to MM, because I really feel this person has been sincere in all of their postings.

Where to begin? At the end of May, I had 2 contacts checking on the company because of a word I had heard. I was informed that a true explanation was coming, then possibly a canceling of shares, then some gas semi-positive news. The explanation came, and I felt good enough to take a new small position. One other bit of info. made me very positive, hence my posts.

Well, today I received word which I DO NOT know to be true, but I am convinced enough to not want to risk even $15,000 anymore. I have sold at a .025 LOSS. I tell this simply because I have seen some hint that I may be trying to take part in a P & D. Never have, never will! I have been burned twice now, albeit, a very small amount this time, but still is irritating based on principle alone. Hint -- if you have even a semi-large number of shares, it may take a long time to sell them at a limit. This is very thinly traded I think.

The info. I believe is that the MACHINE is nothing. THAT is why I bought the first time -- the potential of the machine. Even with other semi-good news, if the machine is nothing, and the main-man has always known this (or if it is nothing and he still believes it is), then I cannot support this company. I think the blame that has been laid at several others feet belonged there to a certain extent, BUT the major blaim, IMO, deserves to go to whomever runs a company.

With even 100 million shares (144 right now), small gas on re-opened wells, possibly HUGE debt, and dishonest (at best) management, I have better things to do with my money than have a slow, treacherous death.

I apologize too late, I know. This is simply deja vu, I know. But it is my truth, none-the-less.

I remain,

SOROS

ps this is no investment advice. simply a sad, sad story. i will sacrifice one bat in payment for being fooled by obvious cons
