Hi Grant. Just a little update......... Parliament didn't get to the third reading last week......It could take up to a year before (IF) this goes through.(As you've mentioned before the park boundary is irrelevant to the project at this time anyway.) As for the project, the financing should begin soon and there is talk of having a crew doing groundwork as soon as the first week of JULY. The company's objective is to have a hole in the ground this fall. Let's keep our fingers crossed! TAke Care WH
