I'm not sure this is the best value but SII (Smith) dropped to 45 1/16 and set a new 52 week low.

We are talking bargain basement prices.....question is how low do we go?

Any TA types looking at SII? My chart says it could find it's way to $44 but there seems to be significant support between 44 to 45.
