You guys are catching on pretty fast, this is some of the answers we are also in search of.

See history almost repeated itself, the way it was explained to me the old management staff (while Jack was on the BOD) loaned a similar amount to another "merger" company, the deal fell apart and the money was gone. This is why Jack was squawking about the bad old management messing up CVIA and wanting to take "some type of legal action."
Strangely enough that deal was very very similar to the deal that was being put together by Jack now.

At least that was the way the $XXX,XXX was lost the first time.

Yeah the share float went from 17 million to over 200 million (counting the last Reg S) in about 6 months... see my point about the "printing press" remarks from the past?

Its only going to get more nasty if we find what we are looking for, like I said, the truth will come out.

Leroy lets just get the new BOD first... then fix our current problems... and I know a couple of ways to fix them <g> In fact shared them with Jack who in turn poo poo'ed the idea, because they were'nt to WOTDs favor... so we got warrants instead.
