Looks like WFMI is agressively entering markets developed by OATS. With their large box formats and everyday low price 365 program, they're doing well in these regions. It looks like WFMI is asserting its dominance to the upstart OATS. I don't see OATS opening in Texas in response. I find this very interesting. biz.yahoo.com
