Here is Part 1 of my DD.

Dynamic Information System & Exchange, Inc.
Company Backgrounder

Dynamic Information System & eXchange, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DiXS) is an Internet leader in employment information technology and distribution. The Company partners with ABC, CBS and NBC TV and radio affiliates to create local Career Centers located at the station's web site. DiSX provides the database technology and content for the centers while the stations promote the centers to their respective audiences. DiSX generates revenue from selling "help wanted ads" to employers and recruiters. The stations derive revenue from web site "banner ad" sales.
The Internet and The Recruitment Advertising Industry
Each year employers in the United States pay an estimated $4.5 billion to have their job openings advertised to the public. Until recently this revenue has gone to local and regional newspapers. But today more and more employers are paying to place "help wanted ads" electronically on the World Wide Web, making the Internet the fastest growing market segment of the recruitment advertising industry.
The explosion of the Internet is also attracting some powerful newcomers to the industry - television and radio. Now TV and radio stations have a medium to participate in this "classified advertising" market. Traditional barriers of time and space are overcome by placing "help wanted ads" on the station's Internet web site, then using TV and radio spots to promote the service to their listening and viewing audiences.
Dynamic Information System & eXchange, Inc. "DiSX"
Founded in 1993, DiSX is a public company incorporated in the state of Utah.
TOPjobs USAT is the Company's job listing database. With more than 55,000 current job listings for professionals, managers and technical specialists, it is the largest database of its kind in the United States.
The Company partners with local TV and radio affiliates to create and promote premier Internet career sites called Career Centers for residents and businesses in the station's market. Each Career Center has the look and feel of the TV or radio station that hosts it. Individual stations promote the centers as a regular feature of their own web site and access is provided through the site's home page. DiSX salesmen represent the station's Career Center when calling on customers. Customer mailings include press releases on the station's letterhead.

Testimonials and Awards

Testimonials

"I am writing to you from my new home in Palm Desert, California. It's a little warm here, but the new job is outstanding. I saw it on a chilly Sunday morning from my PC in Chicago, searching the TOPjobs database. 3 weeks later it was mine. I consistently saw better opportunities on your database than anywhere else." - Tom Squires

"I haven't found another job search on the Internet that is even close to the good job leads that you have in your database." - Ragen F. Hardgrave

"You have, in my humble opinion, the best search site on the net! It appears as though you talked to people that were searching, listened to them (key step), and then designed a system to support those people." - Jim Lemanek

"I must say, today has been the most productive 90 minutes since I began my search, your web site is FANTASTIC!! It's user friendly and has the most "hits" for Human Resource Professionals I have found to date, even more than the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) web site." - John W. Brown

"Your search engine is one of the finest I have ever seen. Thank you very much for your fine product and the chance to use it." - Don Steele, Metallurgical Engineer

"I guess I am not the first person to find your site the best one on the Web. But I wanted to particularly point out how useful your selection map proves to be. I've only been searching for 6 weeks (and I am looking for Treasurer/VP - Finance positions which are not abundant) and your site has provided the highest number of possibilities. Thanks for a great job." - Susan Engle

Of the approximately 5,500 career related job backs on the Internet there are 3 that have 50 thousand plus professional level jobs listed.

1. Americas Job Bank
-90% blue collar jobs
-not very useful for professional level
2. Career Path
-90% blue collar jobs
-Small percentage of Professional level jobs that they do have are predominately high-tech (not much accounting, sales, etc.)
-must post in the paper also (significant added cost). For example a 3x5 in the Sunday LA Times is about $2,000
3. TOPjobs USA by DiSX, Inc.
-Over 50,000 professional level job listings
-By far the best search capabilities (see PC Magazine Award to Folio on awards page). People searching the database can get all of the information that they need in less than 5 minutes (while they are on the Internet at their current job looking for a better one).
-All at a fraction of the cost of the others.
