Wayne....For Your Own Info...... House's like Greenline and Commision Direct are known in the Industry as....."Dumb Houses!" You might ask yourself why are they called "Dumb Houses"? It's because every wanna be Warren Buffet has a "discount" acct. with Greenline or Commision D. Trying to save a few pennies and doing it themselves.
