All I know is what the CEO told me: the concessions are excellent and locked in(the government there is closing up new deals in order to keep the rest for joint venutures themselves). He said that the underwriter is trying to list the stock on the German exchange in a couple of months, and is lining up some big European buying to get the stock price up.
