Jon ...2 pallets High

You would be surprised to know that the packed masters (phones in a gift box, gift box in masters) are almost as strong as a cement block but considerably less weight (possibly an exaggeration but very strong none the less). Just for curiosity sake you can stand on the gift box (6'1" @ 200lbs) and it will hold the weight.

The key to stacking pallets two high in trucks, make sure the weight is distributed over the entire area of the pallet. In our example, the weight is disbursed over an area 44" x 38". Combined with the strength of the gift box we could stack pallets 5 high.
