This is just a thought, and PURE SPECULATION, what do you think of the new management playing the shell game and selling SEXI off to another company. The shares are a quarter and if shares are rescinded then perhaps it wouldn't be too much to sell it, or to completely restructure the whole company to do something else. Perhaps towards surveillance applications. That would be fine by me. Things like this happen. Does anyone know what the voting rights are of the shareholders? This sure is an intriguing story. If in fact the management of this company are former dark ops folks, then there is a reason for taking over the management of this company. Folks like that just don't take over a struggling company that has no product, or is a complete scam made up by Huttoe. There was something. Even for Walther to be associated there HAS to be something. These guys have serious connections and could work anywhere, but the question is why SEXI? Considering most of the businesses in the McLean area have ties to government programs I would say we have to look at this angle. There HAS to be a story behind this somehow. Whatever it is, it gets better with the days. Whether the video product works like claimed doesn't matter, there is SOMETHING there, who knows what it is, but there is a genuine interest with these guys in this company, hence their desire to take it over. I will sit on the sidelines and see what happens, why not, it is better than avoidance. Put the shares in a drawer and see what happens! Good luck!
