To my good buddy, Guru DES Glad to see you spending so much time analyzing ACRI, have you taken your short position yet? By the way, when you are reading those financial statements did you notice they had a clean opinion from the big six firm Price Waterhouse. Now how will TVL statements show? a clean opinion? a big accounting firm? a major uncertainty about 50% of their balance sheet. Will they get a clean opinion? or will their new CFO take a different opinion? so when do we get to see that biz week article, will they show your picture next to #1.
