CWEI closed at 15 3/8, a New Closing High............................ Up 5/8 on a comparative low volume of 30.9K. The MM once again has the spread at 3/8--CWEI trading at 15 X 15 3/8. stocksmart.com:8802/ows-bin/owa/co.g?cid=1611 Looking forward to news on the successful closing of the Secondary Offering this next week, with the Underwriters exercising their option for additional shares. Hoping the IBD will update the annual earnings estimate. Just received this from Lajuanda Holder, CWEI: I spoke to management and the news release regarding pricing of the offering (Nov. 14) is the only release we expect to do regarding the offering. I wish there had been a lot more shares available!!! Thanks also for the home page tips! It looks like Donnie (DP Director) is glad to get them also!! Happy Thanksgiving!!! I need to send Lajuanda a note saying that stocks always move up when the news comes out regarding the successful completion of an offering. It doesn't sound as if the Underwriters exercised their option but I'll need to check that out with her. I also wrote her and asked that she forward CWEI's financial data to Stocksmart.com: Hi Lajuanda, Sorry to bother you again. Since there are sites on the Internet that have in-depth financial information on companies, and Investors rely on that data, it is especially important they have the most recent financial data; particularly earnings estimates, cash flow estimates, and the like. The most popular site is the one I just sent you; stocksmart.com. It is very impressive but they don't have a good deal of the most recent information on CWEI.
