If you have a problem with any of Ken's posts, or the posts of any other person, rather than wasting your valuable knowledge and concerns about the law by sending nasty-grams to Ken or any other person, my suggestion is that, as a concerned, law-abiding person, you immediately contact the Texas Securities Commission and the Texas Office of the Attorney General, Division of Consumer Fraud, providing your name, address, employment and the basis of your complaint. I am confident they will be happy to investigate. |
