3) A JUMP to the NASDAQ, which will

....b) bring institutional sponsorship.
....c) remove the blue sky restrictions.
....d) allow brokers to bring in their clients.
....e) attract analyst coverage and recommendations.
....f) allow current investors to use MARGINing power.
....g) bring the public release of the 10-SB and other forms.
....h) require DGIV to become a fully reporting company (a BIG plus).
....i) get the attention of ALL investors, who don't normally play BBs
